1 - How do I know if the ordered item is available?

When you have selected a product on our site and after clicking on the "Learn More" tab, a green dot indicates that the product is in stock and a red dot that the product is out of stock. When you click on "Add to Cart", an "Available Quantity" box shows you the number of items remaining in stock via a drop-down menu and you can select the quantity you wish to order.

2 - What are the prices displayed?

The prices of the articles are expressed in euros TTC to which we dissociate and add the price of the transport. For the majority of our parcels we ship them with the 48h Colissimo service of the Post Office and the Chronopost 24h service. For large packages, (eg tables), we may use other carriers. In any case, we study the best quality / price ratio for our customers. At the same time, preparation and packaging costs are covered by CARTES-PRODUCTION.

3 - What different modes of payment do you accept?

Payment methods are: Credit card (Visa, CB and Mastercard), Paypal, Check (up to 100 €) Credit card payments are cashed in the order and payment by check upon receipt check. Cartes-Production also offers to pay with your Paypal account. Your credit card payments are processed at the end of the order using the website and Paypal technology. PayPal allows you to pay directly without disclosing your financial information over the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data using the best technologies available on the market. Cartes-Production pays the Paypal commission fees, the service is totally free for you!

4 - How is payment by credit card secure?

If you choose secure payment by credit card (the safest, simplest and fastest) you enjoy maximum security of your confidential data. In order to guarantee you a secure purchase, our site has adopted the SSL encryption process which ensures the confidentiality of banking data. Thus, at the time of their seizure and during transfers via Internet, it is impossible to read them. In addition, this information is not recorded on our servers (this is why we ask you to provide it again for each of your purchases). Your card numbers are encrypted and known only by our banking partner (Crédit Mutuel). We also ask you to enter the last three digits on the back of your credit card. This control allows us to ensure that it is the cardholder who orders. In fact, these numbers do not appear on your bank account statement or on the invoices published by a merchant. 5 - Why do I have to open an account?

When you order for the first time, you must create your customer account. This will save you from re-entering your personal data in a future order. In accordance with Article 27 of the Data Protection Act dated January 6, 1978, the customer has at any time a right to access and rectify this information.

6- Is my personal data confidential?

Thanks to the encryption system, the only personal data we obtain about you is your name, address and email address. 8 - How far do you deliver?

We deliver to France (including DOM / TOM), Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Italy, Liechtentein, Norway, in the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Romania and the United Kingdom. Our tables: (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette, craps.) Are delivered by our carrier in Metropolitan France only. We also sell in Corsica, DOM, TOM, and Foreign Countries, if the customer has the merchandise removed on our premises.

9 - What are the delivery times?

Any order placed on our site or by phone until 14:15, will be processed and shipped the same day at 17 hours. Orders are processed and shipped the same day or at the latest the next day (when we receive them after 2:15 pm) in metropolitan France, from Monday to Friday. The delivery time is 48 hours during normal postal traffic with Colissimo La Poste service and 24 hours with Top Relai and Chronopost services.

10 - What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

The customer has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, the starting point of the deadline being the delivery date. This period allows you to return to us the item (s) purchased (all or part) if you think they do not suit you.

These deadlines expired, you no longer have this right of withdrawal. The product must be returned by Colissimo La Poste in its original packaging, intact and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. When returning, we recommend you to over-pack the original packaging of your products, because we can only take back the returned products in their entirety (packaging, cables, accessories, warranty coupons, drivers, manuals, covers, covers , protections, etc ...), with their original packaging, all to be intact and in good condition.

The refund or credit assumes that you have not damaged the product, or that you have not returned incomplete. Otherwise, EXPLORIMPORT will be entitled to apply a deposit on the returned product.

In case the product arrives unpacked and / or damaged, EXPLORIMPORT reserves the right to return the product as is. You will then be refunded the total price of your order (purchase price of the article plus postage on the basis of a Colissimo).

The return shipping costs to our address are at your expense if you do not want your order.

However, if the return of one or more items is due to a warranty problem or an error on our part (manufacturing defect, delivered item does not correspond to that ordered or item broken during transport) and we we can not do the exchange, shipping postage will be refunded by check or re-credit at the same time as the refund of the article and the initial shipping costs.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your request.

Taking into account the applicable rules on intellectual property, we remind you that copiable products, such as software, are the subject of personal and specific rights of use regulating copying, public distribution and reproduction. As provided for in Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed, as well as than all personalized items (tokens, card-guards, cards ...).

12 - What are my guarantees?

Defects in appearance or workmanship are guaranteed and must be reported upon receipt of the product. Upon receipt of your order, make sure that the contents have not been damaged during transport, if this were the case, you would be entitled to refuse. You have a period of 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged. Keep the package, it can be useful for you to return the article.

13 - I want to make a gift and do not want the price to be displayed in the recipient's delivery note, how can I?

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, the shipping label will not include the price of the order.
