Firstly, you benefit from a warranty on all products purchased on our website. Defects in appearance, manufacturing, or related to transportation (excluding messenger or courier transport) are guaranteed and must be reported upon receipt of the product. If the package appears to be heavily damaged, you may refuse it. Additionally, you are covered by this warranty for items received via courier if you have noted any reservations (see our General Terms and Conditions).
Furthermore, our customers have a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery. In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, Cartes Production is obliged to refund the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return costs.
The refund is due within a maximum period of 15 days. Here are the details: The product must be returned via Colissimo La Poste in its original packaging, intact, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or the withdrawal form. When returning, we recommend overwrapping the original packaging of your products, as we can only accept products returned in their entirety (packaging, cables, accessories, warranty coupons, drivers, manuals, cases, covers, protections, etc.), with their original packaging, all of which must be intact and in good condition. Refund or credit assumes that you have not damaged the product or returned it incomplete. Otherwise, Cartes Production reserves the right to apply a discount to the returned product.
In the event that the product arrives without packaging and/or damaged, Cartes Production reserves the right to return the product to you as is. You will then be reimbursed for the total price of your order (purchase price of the item plus shipping costs based on Colissimo). The reshipment costs to our address are at your expense if you no longer want your order. However, if the return of one or more items is due to a warranty issue or an error on our part (manufacturing defect, delivered item not matching the one ordered, or item broken during transport) and we cannot exchange it, the return shipping costs will be refunded to you by check or re-credited at the same time as the refund of the item and the initial shipping costs. We undertake to reimburse you within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving your request.
Given the rules applicable to intellectual property, we remind you that copyable products, such as software, are subject to personal and specific usage rights regulating copies, public dissemination, and reproduction. As provided for in Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when unsealed, as well as for all personalized items (tokens, card guards, cards, etc.).
For returns of products weighing more than 30 kg, our carrier will collect the merchandise carefully packaged, and the return cost will be deducted from your refund. The cost varies depending on the weight and the pickup department. The price will be announced before the return procedure on a case-by-case basis.
